Refund policy

 

1. Reservation and Deposit Policy:

To secure your booking, you will need to book via our website- once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email as confirmation of your booking with all appointment details.

 

2. Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

We kindly request a timely notification of 48 hours if you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule- we do not offer refunds on deposits for cancelled bookings. 


3. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice or unattended appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit fee deducted from your order amount. In cases where more than one booking/appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, any future bookings may be automatically cancelled. 

 

4. Same-Day Cancellations:

If a course has been booked, the missed session will be considered forfeited.
